About MC Health Care Consulting, LLC
Healing Healthcare in the U.S.
As a former Healthcare & Nurse Executive, I understand your challenges firsthand. I created this consulting firm to tackle the biggest barriers to your success: time and workload.
Hospitals hold a special place in my heart. As a caregiver in cardiovascular and progressive care units, I saw the struggles of patients, families, and nurses alike. I felt the frustration of not having enough time to truly connect with patients, and I know how burnout and compassion fatigue can erode your sense of purpose.
Healthcare leadership faces similar challenges—endless meetings, constant interruptions, and starting each day in survival mode. I’ve been there, and I know it’s unsustainable.
So I started my own company to address the very barriers I experienced in my career. I use innovative frameworks to help you go from surviving to thriving.
You know how to lead. You know how to care for your patients. I'm here to clear your path and your time so you can do it well.
Let’s work together to reclaim your time, rediscover your purpose, and create meaningful change.

Measured Results and Continuous ImprovementThe results speak for themselves: higher patient satisfaction, improved care quality, greater job satisfaction among staff, reduced turnover and decreased turnover over time. This framework is not just a quick fix; it's a sustainable solution for long-term success.
-
Frontline Engagement and BrainstormingI facilitate brainstorming sessions with your frontline staff to develop actionable solutions to reduce wasted time and interruptions. This collaborative process ensures the interventions are practical and relevant to your team's daily experience.
-
Time Motion ObservationsI will train your team how to shadow clinicians over several shifts, capturing real-time data on their tasks and how much time is spent on each activity. This data provides crucial insights into inefficiencies that impact patient care and clinician workflow.
-
Baseline Data AnalysisAfter gathering the initial data gathered by your group, I'll present it to your team, highlighting areas where time is wasted. This is the foundation for brainstorming solutions tailored to your department's needs.
-
Solution ImplementationYour team will implement the agreed-upon interventions for two weeks, allowing time for the new processes to take effect. This hands-on approach empowers your staff to take control of their workflow improvements.
-
Post-Intervention Time Motion StudyYour trained team will repeat the same-time motion observations to assess how much wasted time has been removed (typically 1-3 hours). These improvements are reinvested in bedside patient care, leading to safer and more effective treatment.
